About the role

The Graduate Assistant Men’s Soccer program seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support the coaching staff and contribute to the success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game preparation and strategy discussions
• Support team travel and accommodations
• Participate in team meetings and practices
• Collaborate with coaches to enhance player development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, or related field
• Experience working with collegiate sports teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for soccer and commitment to student-athlete development

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
