About the role
Responsible for overseeing the grading process in the Madison office, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee grading operations to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff members in grading techniques and procedures.
- Review and approve grades submitted by team members to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve grading disputes and improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in educational assessment or grading.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of standardized testing and assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
