Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify, and correct where necessary, that all products are stored and prepared based on Craft Food Halls standards.
- Support the supervision of Team Members to ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment for team members during shifts.
- Aid in training team members on menu builds and operational standards.
- Provide realtime coaching and feedback to team members to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Escalate performance or operational concerns to Managers when necessary.
- Partner with Managers to maintain clear and open communication.
- Aid in creating an exceptional experience for all guests through active floor presence.
- Support shift execution including opening, peak, and closing responsibilities.
