GRADE 5, ST. CHARLES BORROMEO, BUCKS COUNTY

St. Charles Borromeo School in Bensalem, Bucks County, is seeking a faith-filled teacher to join our faculty in an area with a growing Hispanic population.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards
• Create a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes student growth and respect
• Integrate faith-based values and teachings into daily instruction and classroom culture
• Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administration
• Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Practicing member of the Roman Catholic Church, active in a parish community
• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification (preferred)
• Prior teaching experience in elementary (preferred)
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Alignment with the mission and values of a Catholic school
