Gradall Operator

Job Description

The position requires operating a Gradall Excavator along with other construction equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, front-end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, and others.

Job Requirements

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Class A CDL is strongly desired
• Experience operating equipment, and ability to operate a Gradall
• Able to read and understand grade stakes, automated machine control cab displays, etc.
• Ability to safely maneuver machinery in tight quarters, around people, traffic, and utilities
• Clean, maintain, and secure all equipment
• Follow proper safety and incident reporting procedures
• Able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed
• Work in variable weather conditions and dirty/dusty environments
• Willingness to labor as needed
• Member of a Local Operators Union, or willingness to become a union member

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
