Grad Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your pharmacy education in real-world settings, enhancing your skills and preparing you for a career in pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice
• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation
• Support pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction
• Contribute to positive patient experiences through empathy and care
• Assist with inventory activities and pharmacists' workflows
• Support immunizations and other patient health care services
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards

Requirements

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Attention and focus to concentrate on tasks over long periods
• Effective communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues
• Mathematical reasoning to solve problems related to prescription filling
• Problem resolution to handle challenging patient or colleague interactions
• Physical demands to move items and lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
• Ability to become immunization certified once state regulations are met
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Knowledge of pharmacy workflow and SOPs

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $20.25 - $42.00 per hour. Please note that the application window for this opening will close on 09/30/2026.
