Grad Pharmacist

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a retail pharmacy setting while learning from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice
• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation
• Support pharmacy teams in ensuring smooth operations and patient satisfaction
• Contribute to positive patient experiences through empathy and care
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including immunizations and point-of-care testing
• Support offsite clinics and other patient health care services

Requirements

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Qualifications

• Attention and focus: Ability to concentrate on tasks and respond quickly to changing needs
• Communication skills: Active listening and clear verbal/written interaction with patients and colleagues
• Problem resolution: Identifying and addressing patient or colleague issues effectively
• Physical demands: Mobility, reaching overhead, lifting up to 20 lbs.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $21.00 - $42.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary based on experience and qualifications.
