Grad Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your pharmacy education in a real-world setting, while gaining valuable experience and developing your skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice
• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation
• Support pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction
• Contribute to positive patient experiences through empathy and care
• Assist with various pharmacy workflows and patient health care services
• Support immunizations and other patient health care services as permitted by law

Requirements

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Qualifications

• Attention and focus: Ability to concentrate on tasks and respond quickly to changing needs
• Communication skills: Use and understand verbal and written communication to interact with patients and colleagues
• Problem resolution: Identify and address challenging patient or colleague interactions
• Physical demands: Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and bend, stretch, and reach

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $20.25 - $42.00 per hour. This part-time position is eligible for a range of benefits and programs that support the physical, emotional, and financial well-being of colleagues.

Schedule

Hours vary based on business needs, but typically include evenings and weekends.
