Grad Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced retail environment while learning from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice
• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation
• Support pharmacy teams in ensuring smooth operations and patient care
• Contribute to positive patient experiences through empathy and care
• Assist in managing and improving patient health
• Support immunizations and other patient health care services

Requirements

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Qualifications

• Attention and focus: Ability to concentrate on tasks and respond quickly to changing needs
• Communication skills: Use and understand verbal and written communication to interact with patients and colleagues
• Problem resolution: Identify and address challenging patient or colleague interactions
• Physical demands: Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and bend, stretch, and reach

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $21.00 - $42.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a part-time position, typically working 20-30 hours per week. Shifts may vary and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
