Grad Pharmacist

We are looking for a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your didactic learning from pharmacy school and pharmacy practice in a real-world setting. You will be part of a team committed to improving access to health care and enhancing patient care.

Responsibilities

• Apply your pharmacy school knowledge to support the pharmacy team in maintaining smooth operations.
• Learn and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure patient safety and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic and personalized care to patients, including offering vaccinations and other services.
• Support the management and oversight of pharmacy operations, including inventory management and patient health care services.
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment by providing in-the-moment coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Support immunizations as required, including obtaining necessary certifications and monitoring adverse reactions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have completed a U.S. accredited PharmD program and be able to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe. You should also have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation.
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and across different locations as needed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $20.25 - $42.00 per hour.
