About the role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our development boards and main boards across multiple markets. Models will be represented for commercial, editorial, and runway work through our global network.

Responsibilities

• Participate in castings, go-sees, and client bookings as scheduled
• Maintain professional appearance and physical condition as required for assignments
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and creative teams on set
• Travel domestically and internationally for bookings as needed
• Communicate promptly with agency regarding availability and scheduling

Requirements

• Height: Women 5'8"–6'0", Men 5'11"–6'3" (varies by market)
• Age: 14–25 for development, 16+ for main boards
• Valid passport or ability to obtain one
• Flexible schedule for castings and bookings
• Professional attitude and reliability

Qualifications

• Previous modeling experience preferred but not required for development track
• Strong in-person presentation and camera presence
• Ability to take direction and work under pressure
• Basic understanding of the fashion industry

• Punctuality and time management
• Adaptability to different shoot environments and creative visions
• Professional social media presence (advantageous)
