GPS Manager, Training

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and development of training resources for Medicaid Programs
• Design and manage internal and client-facing training programs
• Oversee daily operations and performance management of training staff
• Establish training policies and quality standards
• Cook up and review of training materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for training accuracy
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in relevant field
• 1 year of subject matter expertise
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong MS Office proficiency and familiarity with learning management systems

Pay

$92,730 – $162,277 annually
