Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and development of training resources for Medicaid Programs
- Design and manage internal and client-facing training programs
- Oversee daily operations and performance management of training staff
- Establish training policies and quality standards
- Cook up and review of training materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for training accuracy
- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in relevant field
- 1 year of subject matter expertise
- 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong MS Office proficiency and familiarity with learning management systems
