GPS Manager, Training

About the role

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is looking for an experienced Manager, Training to lead our internal and client-facing training programs. This role is exempt and located at our San Diego headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage training resources.
• Lead the design, delivery, and maintenance of training programs.
• Manage training specialists and oversee daily operations.
• Create and maintain annual training plans, curricula, and assessment methods.
• Develop and administer training policies and processes.
• Ensure all required training is completed and documented.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials.
• Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy and consistency.
• Oversee provider, pharmacy, and external stakeholder training.
• Analyze and report training metrics and effectiveness.
• Participate in program planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in leadership and supervisory roles.
• Experience in MedImpact or similar PBM setting.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and learning management systems.
• Ability to analyze training data and produce reports.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Manages assigned staff and coordinates their work to ensure efficient operation. Carries out supervisory responsibilities as outlined in company policies and applicable laws.

Client Responsibilities

Requires excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills, including managing difficult situations and responding promptly to client needs.
