About the role
The Membership Operations Specialist supports high-volume operational workflows within GPO Membership Services. This role performs clearly defined, repeatable tasks with limited autonomy, focusing on case intake, triage, follow-up coordination, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Perform case intake and triage, including assignment and duplicate identification
- Manage case follow-ups with stakeholders, particularly contract eligibility approvals pending load
- Ensure accurate case documentation, status updates, and clean closure
- Support audit triage and assist with basic audit preparation tasks
- Absorb enrollment support during high-volume periods
- Respond to basic manufacturer and sales inquiries
- Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and Smartsheet systems
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs
- Comfort managing high-volume, repetitive tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, customer service, or sales operations, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Clear written communication
- Basic technical proficiency (Excel, Salesforce, Smartsheet)
