Operations Specialist

About the role

The Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the best products and experiences for Flexcar customers. They are responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles, assessing quality and damage, communicating with team members, completing checklists, taking photos, conducting inventory scans, and addressing vehicle issues.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail a high volume of cars inside and out to meet Flexcar standards
• Absess vehicle quality and damage using Flexcar technology
• Communicate with other Flexcar team members using a smart device
• Complete readiness and return checklists accurately and quickly
• Complete infleet inspections and the vehicle optioning process
• Use technology to take consistent high-quality images for the Flexcar website
• Conduct accurate, daily complete inventory scans and assist with the reconciliation process
• Work on various special projects, managing their moving parts, timelines, and stakeholders as dictated by unique business needs in an emerging market
• Maintain all Flexcar facilities and property to company standards
• Assist the order delivery team to deliver customer cars for orders, as needed
• Complete other assigned tasks from team leads and managers as directed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)
• At least 18 years old

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with experience using smartphones
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a customer-centric environment
• Effective multitasking and strong time management skills
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to carry tools and marketing materials (up to 50 lbs.)
• Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary)

$24.00 - $26.00/hr + full benefit package (day one)
