Responsibilities

• Teach children to celebrate differences and appreciate diversity.
• Utilize classroom management tools and parent communication apps on tablets.
• Participate in special training and educational programs.
• Contribute to the team's goal of fostering a positive environment for children and colleagues.
• Engage in Heart Projects focused on character development and community service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for making a difference in children’s lives.

Qualifications

• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of child development stages.
• Experience with technology in the classroom.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The schedule is flexible, allowing for nights and weekends to be spent with family and friends, and to recharge.
