Responsibilities

• Practice high-quality medicine with a strong emphasis on efficiency, teamwork, and exceptional patient care.
• Work alongside a team of 4 Associates with mixed levels of experience.
• Collaborate with a large team of highly utilized technicians.
• Benefit from the expertise of a boarded surgeon who performs orthopedic procedures and provides surgical mentorship/support.
• Enjoy a fully equipped hospital supporting advanced diagnostics and surgical care.
• Work in a supportive and collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on client communication.

Requirements

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
• Licensed to practice in this state or eligible for licensure.
• An interest in General Practice and/or Urgent Care medicine.

Pay

We offer a progressive compensation model with a guaranteed base salary and no ceiling. Additionally, you can earn up to 28% production commission with no negative accrual.
