Tampa Bay Vets is a privately owned network of nine AAHA-accredited veterinary hospitals dedicated to providing outstanding care for every client and patient, every day. We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality medicine, collaboration, and client service. Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced associate veterinarians and credentialed veterinary technicians
• Participate in ongoing case collaboration and monthly journal clubs
• Attend doctor meetings and access to specialty labs and educational lectures
• Benefit from a four-day work week and rotating weekends without after-hours emergency duty
• Enjoy dedicated administrative time and built-in lunch breaks

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Florida
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Pay

Guaranteed base salary starting at $130,000+20% production-based commission
