About the Role
This position will act as a key contributor to the CCO/OCRM Book of Work, coordinating across ECO, Product Management, Risk, Operations, and Technology stakeholders. The objective is to deliver an end-to-end CCO Book of Work, including intake, prioritization, sequencing, tracking, and executive reporting.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key contributor to the CCO/OCRM Book of Work, coordinating across ECO, Product Management, Risk, Operations, and Technology stakeholders.
- Deliver an end-to-end CCO Book of Work, including intake, prioritization, sequencing, tracking, and executive reporting.
- Drive CCO data governance forums with clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- Maintain a single source of truth for initiatives and leadership reporting, supported by standard templates and artefacts.
- Identify and deliver continuous improvements to governance, oversight, and execution discipline.
- Identify risk mitigating and efficiency opportunities in day-to-day activity and ensure any solutions are implemented consistently across the team.
- Provide data insights/reporting and drive cross-functional coordination to support business decision making.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Proven experience in data governance, or portfolio/Book of Work delivery within a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, decision-making forums, and execution discipline.
- Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Product, Risk, Operations, and Technology.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise tooling and building (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, Microsoft 365 & Power Platform).
