Google Project / Change Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scoping, and execution of Google Workspace deployment programs
• Act as the primary contact for client leadership, ensuring alignment on deliverables
• Manage cross-functional teams for flawless execution
• Own and track delivery satisfaction metrics to enhance customer satisfaction
• Design change management strategies tailored to client cultures
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and impact assessments
• Build internal 'Google Guides/Champions' networks for improved client training

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex IT programs, especially Google Workspace deployments
• At least 3 years in Change Management
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) preferred
• Proficient understanding of Google Workspace and its security/governance models
