Member Duties

• Builds meaningful community connections
• Becomes an additional reliable, caring adult in the children’s lives
• Supports positive impacts on school attendance
• Improves access, builds trust, and supports well-being and mental health of the students
• Eliminates transportation costs, boosts academic performance through better attendance, and allows parents to work stable early morning hours
• Steward existing relationships and develop new ones with neighborhood leaders
• Works onsite at the school and neighborhood community centers
• Coverage of trainings, scheduling, outreach, and securing the program for the future through funding opportunities and partnerships
