Golf Shop Coordinator

Treviso Bay, located in Naples, FL, is seeking a motivated Part-Time, Seasonal Golf Shop Coordinator to contribute to a positive experience for members and guests while growing their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you’ll be part of a global leader in golf and community management. This seasonal position will last 6 months or less.

About the role

The Golf Shop Coordinator will offer friendly and expedient service to guests and assist the golf professional staff in golf shop operations, merchandise sales, and other golf-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for golf course guests.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to expedite the check-in process.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as directed.
• Collect green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and process transactions in the POS system.
• Issue receipts for guest purchases.
• Take messages for staff or guests.
• Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges at the end of the day.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred.
