About the Role

As a Golf Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and assisting with sales. You will work in some of the most beautiful golf settings in Southern California, contributing to a welcoming environment that fosters lasting memories.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory and assist with stock replenishment
• Assist with sales and promotions
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop
• Engage with guests to create memorable experiences

Requirements

• Passion for golf and hospitality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or hospitality setting is a plus
• Knowledge of golf equipment and terminology
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
