About the role

As a Golf Shop Assistant at JC Golf, you will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional customer service and managing the golf shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchasing golf equipment and accessories.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on golf equipment and products.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the golf shop.
• Help organize and execute special events and promotions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of golf equipment and products.
