Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction.
• Assist in the golf shop, managing inventory, and assisting customers with equipment rentals and sales.
• Help organize events and promotions to enhance guest engagement.
• Participate in training programs to improve your skills and knowledge of golf and hospitality.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for golf and hospitality.
