At Topgolf, we seek fun-loving, dedicated, and caring team members for various hourly positions. These roles focus on delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our Players and fellow Playmakers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all the necessary information to enjoy their Topgolf experience.
• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, helping players make the most of their visit.
• Aid in setting up and organizing golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear to enhance their game.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment by tidying up the retail area and offering helpful guidance and recommendations.
• Ensure the venue adheres to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the guest services area clean, safe, and compliant.
• Live and embody Topgolf’s core values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring, ensuring every player has an exceptional time and every Playmaker feels supported.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a popular environment.
• A strong team mentality and a passion for making players' experiences the best they can be.
• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, but not required.
• The ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and engaging in a variety of physical activities.
• Endurance to handle a high volume of tasks in a busy environment.
