What You Will Do in the Role

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info they need to get started and enjoy their Topgolf experience.
• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, helping players make the most of their visit.
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear to improve their game.
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, from tidying up the retail area to offering players helpful guidance and recommendations.
• Stick to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the guest services area clean, safe, and compliant.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels. Comfort with bending, stooping, and carrying is essential.
• Be on your feet for most of the day.
• Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities from task to task.
• Keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment with endurance for long shifts or tasks that take time.

Pay

Min $14.00 - Max $20.00
