Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info they need to get started and enjoy their Topgolf experience to the fullest.
- Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, helping players make the most of their visit and enhancing their overall experience.
- Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear to improve their game and have a great time.
- Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, from tidying up the retail area to offering players helpful guidance and recommendations.
- Commit to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the guest services area clean, safe, and compliant.

Requirements
- Positive attitude.

- Ability to thrive in a popular environment: keep calm when things get busy.
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, not required.
- Physical requirements: lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels; comfort with bending, stooping, and carrying; expect to be on your feet for most of the day; endurance to keep up the pace in a high-volume environment.
