Short Description

Join the Golf Operations team at Horseshoe Bay Resort, one of North America's premier golf destinations. As a Golf Member Services Attendant, you'll deliver exceptional guest service while supporting daily golf operations.

Position Summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join our Golf Operations team as Golf Member Services Attendants. This highly visible, guest-facing role is responsible for creating an outstanding arrival and departure experience for golfers while supporting the daily operations of our golf facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival and departure.
• Aid with loading and unloading golf bags and equipment from vehicles.
• Transport, tag, store, and retrieve golf bags in the bag room.
• Prepare, clean, stage, and stock golf carts for daily play.
• Store, charge, and maintain golf carts following use.
• Clean clubs for members and guests as requested.
• Support practice facility operations, including range maintenance and ball collection.
• Aid with rental club distribution, cleaning, and storage.
• Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and security of golf equipment and storage areas.
• Aid with tournament operations, group outings, and special golf events.
• Identify and report cart maintenance issues or damaged equipment.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and service throughout the guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Golf Operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no moving violations within the past three years.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying Texas weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move golf bags and equipment.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as business demands require.
