Nature of Work: This work involves the maintenance of golf course grounds.

About the role

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

  • Ability to understand written and oral instructions
  • Ability to push a lawn mower from 75 to 100% of the work day
  • Ability to use up to one hundred (100) pounds of force occasionally and seventy-five pounds of force frequently to move objects

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Mows grass and trims trees and hedges
  • Picks up trash and litter and empties trash receptacles
  • Moves tee markers and putting green cups
  • Rakes and maintains sand traps
  • Performs primary maintenance on equipment, ensuring that oil is at the proper level and that they are filled with fuel
  • Performs other duties as assigned or as the situation dictates within the scope of this classification

Special Qualifications

Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
