GOLF MAINTENANCE LABORER - PALMS - FULL-TIME - DAY SHIFT

Job Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated individual.
• Must have the ability to perform physical tasks related to the operation of small equipment and tools.

Essential Job Functions

• Keep a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Keep all golf course equipment, tools, etc. in a clean and good working order.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Participate in and help maintain a harmonious work environment.

Customer Service Expectations

• Perform duties in a courteous and professional manner to ensure meeting guest’s needs.
• Show initiative and seek additional assignments that will better serve guests.

Physical Demands

• The work requires considerable and strenuous physical exertion such as frequent climbing of tall ladders, lifting heavy objects over 75 pounds, crouching, long periods of standing; walking over rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces; recurring bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities or crawling in restricted areas.
• The work involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, carts, or machines, or with irritant chemicals.
• Employees may be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, glasses, hard hats, gloves and boots.
