GOLF MAINTENANCE LABORER - PALMS - PART-TIME - DAY SHIFT

Starting Rate

$15.15 per hour

Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years old
• Valid Driver’s License and D.M.V. Driving History Printout (no more than 30 days old)
• Highly motivated individual
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to the operation of small equipment and tools

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Keep all golf course equipment, tools, etc. in clean and good working order
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Participate in and help maintain a harmonious work environment
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management
• Operate machinery or small equipment for golf course maintenance

• Perform duties in a courteous and professional manner to meet guests’ needs
• Apply the 6 commitments to superior service when interacting with guests and team members
• Show initiative and seek additional assignments to better serve guests

Physical Demands

The work requires considerable and strenuous physical exertion, including:

• Frequent climbing of tall ladders
• Lifting heavy objects over 75 pounds
• Crouching, long periods of standing, and walking over rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces
• Recurring bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities
• Crawling in restricted areas

Work Environment

• Exposure to all types of extreme weather and temperatures (hot and cold)
• Moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions (e.g., working around moving parts, carts, or machines, or with irritant chemicals)
• Use of protective clothing or gear such as masks, glasses, hard hats, gloves, and boots may be required
