Golf Course Manager NF-04.

Duties

• Manages, plans, and directs the daily operations of the golf course facility.
• Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
• Collaborates with community and military representatives.
• Reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors, including other PGA Professionals.
• Prepares financial and operational briefings as required.
• Maintains control over the procurement of all supplies, equipment, and retail items for the activity.
• Responsible for all food and beverage operations within the facility.
• Provides and maintains teaching program for patronage at the individual and group levels, to include personal lesson participation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience managing or directing the activities of a golf course.
• A 4 year college degree in a business related field may be substituted for 1 year of experience.
• Resumes must be two pages (or less).
• Must meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Must be a PGA member class "A" in good standing.
