Golf Cart Mechanic

About the role

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and battery-related issues.
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative servicing.
Troubleshoot gas and electric cart systems, including motors, brakes and steering.
Replace or repair parts such as batterie, belts, cables, tires, and controllers.
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Communicate repair needs and timelines with management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Certification from technical school preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Skills/Knowledge

• Prior experience repairing and maintaining gas and electric golf carts preferred.
• Experience performing routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative services.
• Experience servicing braking systems, steering assemblies, suspension, and drivetrain components.
• Ability to read and follow service manuals and work instructions.
