Golang Tech lead - Onsite

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of high-quality software using Golang, managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, and ensuring observability and monitoring of systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex software applications using Golang
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, achieve, and document software requirements
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using tools like FluentBit, Telegraf, and Vector
• Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical processes and tools

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Golang
• Experience with AWS services and DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and system monitoring
• Fluent in FluentBit, Telegraf, and Vector
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
