Lead GoLang Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using GoLang and modern frontend frameworks.
• Architect and implement distributed systems and microservices-based solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance.
• Collaborate with product owners, business teams, and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
• Create project plans, estimate effort, identify risks, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor developers through code reviews, technical coaching, and best-practice guidance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and modern software development workflows.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools and automation technologies to improve productivity.
• Monitor application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Communicate project status, technical challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of software development experience.
• Enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and large-scale development initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
