About the role

FleetPulse is hiring a GTM Engineer to own the commercial technology stack that powers how we find, win, and retain customers. This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role sitting inside the Commercial Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on configuration and administration of Salesforce, including building flows, configuring custom objects, writing SOQL queries, managing permissions, and creating reports and dashboards.
• Integration experience, capable of connecting tools via APIs, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom scripts, and figuring out how to make two systems that don't talk to each other communicate.
• Built prospecting workflows using data enrichment, lead scoring logic, and automated list-building in Clay or an equivalent enrichment tool, which is central to FleetPulse's scaling efforts.
• Comfortable in HubSpot, managing contacts, campaigns, and workflows, and able to script in Python or JavaScript for tasks like automating data pulls or cleaning datasets.
• Able to work independently without a dedicated engineering team, diagnosing, building, testing, and shipping solutions end-to-end.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Salesforce, including configuration and administration.
• Experience with integration technologies such as Zapier, Make, or custom scripts.
• Proficiency in Clay or an equivalent tool for data enrichment and lead scoring.
• Comfortable with HubSpot, managing contacts, campaigns, and workflows.
• Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems end-to-end.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in building and maintaining complex technology stacks.
• Experience with fleet, logistics, transportation, or industrial SaaS environments.
