Sales/ Technical Enablement
- Design the onboarding paths for AEs, BDRs, SEs, and CSMs and roll out the role-based Certification paths.
- In partnerships with Product and Product Marketing create and maintain enablement content such as sales playbooks, objection-handling guides, product messaging, and pitch frameworks.
- Maintain the ongoing enabling program.
- Develop use-case driven workshops, hands-on demos, QBRs and training bootcamps.
- Ensure smooth implementation and high adoption of the existing tech stack.
- Drive adoption of enablement tools (Highspot, Seismic) and integrate training content via LMS/CMS platforms.
Partner Enablement
- Roll out the Partner Academy - a blend of online learning and instructor-led training designed to equip partners with the knowledge and resources to scale effectively.
- Maintain co-selling content, certification tracks, and partner toolkits.
Customer Enablement
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to develop onboarding journeys, training libraries, webinars, and customer certifications.
- Roll out the Customer Enablement Portal.
Enablement Infrastructure
- Manage the setup, governance, and optimization of enablement tools such as Highspot, Seismic, or similar LMS/CMS platforms.
- Track enablement KPIs (e.g., time-to-productivity, certification completion, tool usage, training impact) and continuously improve programs based on insights.
