On-siteEngineering$133k–$226k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job description. We have: - About the role: description of BAE Systems, role purpose, etc. The posting includes: "At BAE Systems, we promote a strong, collaborative culture..." and description of GNOC Tier II Network Technician role. So we can put that in About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties: many bullet points after "The GNOC Tier II Technician Responsibilities Will Include". We need to extract each bullet. They are sentences separated by periods but not bullet list. We'll convert each to
  • . - Requirements: maybe "Required Education, Experience, & Skills". That includes education/experience, DoD 8140 IAT Level 2, knowledge of Cisco IOS, Juniper JUNOS, etc. Could be split into Requirements and Skills. The instruction says we can have sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements: education, experience, certifications. Qualifications: maybe similar. Skills: technical skills. We'll allocate: Requirements: Must have 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. Must be compliant with DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2. Qualifications: maybe none separate; but we could treat "Knowledge of Cisco Internetwork Operating System (IOS), Juniper JUNOS, Brocade and Foundry Operating System (OS)" as Qualifications? Or Skills. Let's decide: Qualifications could be the specific OS knowledge and layer experience. Skills could be familiarity with protocols, tools, etc. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see content: - Knowledge of Cisco IOS, Juniper JUNOS, Brocade and Foundry OS - Layer 1, 2, and 3 network experience - Familiarity (doesn’t need to be an SME) with Layer 3 protocols such as OSPF, BGP, VRRP, HSRP, MPLS, LSP, GRE. - Familiarity with Microsoft Visio and ServiceNow These could be Skills. Requirements: experience + DoD 8140 IAT Level 2. Qualifications: maybe we could include "Must have 10 years of experience..." as Requirements, and "Knowledge of Cisco IOS..." as Qualifications. But Qualifications often similar to Requirements. However we need to avoid empty sections. We could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But instruction says we can have sections; we should include only those with real content. We could have Requirements (experience + DoD) and Skills (technical). Qualifications maybe omitted if not distinct. But we also have "About BAE Systems Intelligence & Security" which is more company overview; could be part of About the role or separate About the company. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put company overview in About the role. Pay: we have salary range: Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035. Also note about determination. That's specific content, so include Pay section. Benefits: we have list of benefits: health, dental, vision insurance; HSAs; 401(k); disability coverage; life and accident insurance; employee assistance program; legal plan; perks; leave programs; recognition program; other incentives. That's specific, include Benefits. Schedule: not explicitly mentioned besides "Full-Time". The posting says "Full-Time Salary Range". It doesn't give schedule details like shift, hours. So we should not create Schedule section because no specific schedule info. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. So we omit Schedule. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

    headings and
    • for lists,

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from responsibilities, requirements, skills, benefits, pay, about role. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes some boilerplate at end: "This position will be posted for at least 5 calendar days..." etc. That's not boilerplate? It's about posting duration. Might be considered metadata; but instruction says remove duplicated lines, application instructions. This is not application instructions but posting duration. Might be considered minor metadata; we could fold into a short

or drop it. Probably drop it as it's not substantive about the job. We'll omit. Also "Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures..." is part of Pay, we keep. Now craft HTML. Structure:

      About the role

      ...

      Then Responsibilities:

      Now Requirements:

      Requirements

      • Must have 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education.
      • Must be compliant with DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2.
      Now Skills:

      Skills

      • Knowledge of Cisco Internetwork Operating System (IOS), Juniper JUNOS, Brocade and Foundry Operating System (OS)
      • Layer 1, 2, and 3 network experience
      • Familiarity (doesn’t need to be an SME) with Layer 3 protocols such as Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP), Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP), Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), Label-switched Path (LSP), and Generic Routing Encapsulation (GRE).
      • Familiarity with Microsoft Visio and ServiceNow
      Now Benefits:

      Benefits

      • health, dental, and vision insurance
      • health savings accounts
      • a 401(k) savings plan
      • disability coverage
      • life and accident insurance
      • employee assistance program
      • legal plan
      • discounts on things like home, auto, and pet insurance
      • paid time off
      • paid holidays
      • paid parental, military, bereavement, and any applicable federal and state sick leave
      • company recognition program to receive monetary or non-monetary recognition awards
      • other incentives may be available based on position level and/or job specifics
      Now Pay:

      Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $132,962 - $226,035. Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

We need to preserve numbers exactly as given: $132962 - $226035 (no commas). The posting had no commas. We should keep as is: $132962 - $226035. But we can add commas for readability? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Adding commas could be considered altering formatting but not changing value. Safer to keep exactly as in posting: $132962 - $226035. Now About the role paragraph: combine description. We need to include: "BAE Systems, a top ten prime contractor to the U.S. Department of War, enables the U.S. government to transform data into intelligence and provides engineering, integration and sustainment support for critical military platforms and systems. Intelligence & Security provides services and products to the Department of War, the intelligence community, federal law enforcement officials, and troops deployed around the world. At BAE Systems, we promote a strong, collaborative culture and provide our employees with the tools, skills and training they need to succeed. We are looking for a Government Network Operations Center (GNOC) Tier II Network Technician to support the customer’s computer data communications systems, by providing in-depth event management and rapid incident response as part of a 24x7 network operations support team. This position will provide support to an enterprise level infrastructure across multiple classifications." We could also include the later "About BAE Systems Intelligence & Security" paragraph but that may be redundant. However it's substantive about company. We could include it in About the role as well. Let's craft a concise paragraph that includes all. We'll output:
