GMT II (Milwaukee, WI)
Responsibilities
- Conducting safety inspections and complying with OSHA regulations
- Performing routine preventative maintenance such as filter changes, lubrication, and cleaning
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building-related issues
- Documenting work in the CMMS and communicating effectively with team members and clients
- Assisting with basic carpentry and plumbing tasks, and supporting non-standard schedules, including weekends as needed
- Providing guidance to subcontractors when necessary
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Some trade or technical training preferred
- Experience with hand tools and mechanical systems
- Basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate small power tools and light equipment such as forklifts and lifts
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret instructions and safety guidelines

Pay
The pay rate is $24/hour.
Schedule
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for contract-to-hire conversion.
