GMT II (Milwaukee, WI)

Responsibilities

• Conducting safety inspections and complying with OSHA regulations
• Performing routine preventative maintenance such as filter changes, lubrication, and cleaning
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building-related issues
• Documenting work in the CMMS and communicating effectively with team members and clients
• Assisting with basic carpentry and plumbing tasks, and supporting non-standard schedules, including weekends as needed
• Providing guidance to subcontractors when necessary

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Some trade or technical training preferred
• Experience with hand tools and mechanical systems
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to operate small power tools and light equipment such as forklifts and lifts
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret instructions and safety guidelines

The pay rate is $24/hour.

Schedule

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for contract-to-hire conversion.
