About the role
The GME Program Assistant will support the operations of the ECU Health Medical Center Graduate Medical Education Office. Strong critical thinking skills, including organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills are required. Advanced knowledge of computer and web-based technologies preferred. Professional handling of exposure to confidential and sensitive information is required.
Responsibilities
- Support the operations of the ECU Health Medical Center Graduate Medical Education Office
- Show strong critical thinking skills, including organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Preferred advanced knowledge of computer and web-based technologies
- Handle professional exposure to confidential and sensitive information
Requirements
- A minimum of an associate degree or higher is required
- Residency Management Database experience is preferred
- At least 3 years of related experience, preferably in a healthcare setting with graduate medical education or human resources
- A four-year degree may substitute for the required experience
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Benefits
Full-time with benefits - 40 hours per week
Pay
$18.38 - $26.79 per hour
Schedule
Day shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
