This 3rd shift Gluing Operator position involves rotating to different job duties within the Gluing Department, including operating the spreader or hot press, handling material, performing quality checks, clean-up, and other manufacturing activities.

Responsibilities

• Follow written and verbal job instructions
• Operate machinery such as the spreader or hot press
• Handle materials and perform quality checks
• Perform clean-up and other manufacturing tasks
• Build panels to meet quality specifications
• Provide feedback and apply critical thinking

Requirements

• Ability to lift a minimum of 65 pounds on average
