Primary responsibility involves setting up and operating machines to ensure quality products are produced at a consistent rate, adhering to machine standards. Coordinates with upstream and downstream teams to enhance safety and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machine(s) to produce quality products at a consistent speed in accordance with machine standards.
- Communicate with upstream and downstream customers to improve safety and product quality.
- Use computer systems to log productivity, add job remarks, accurately complete production reports, and record production data.
- Ensure accuracy of all current job information.
- Notify Stock Puller before a new pallet of blanks is needed to maintain adequate supply.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 1st shift: 7 AM – 3 PM.
- Flexibility with schedule required (includes 1st & 2nd shifts for Press Operator roles).
Pay
- Gluer Machine Operator: $19.16/hour.
- Press Operator: $23.92/hour.
