Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Operate molding machines.
- Clip, trim, visually inspect and package quality product as required in the documented instructions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping by clearing and cleaning workspace.
- Complete all paperwork pertaining to production neatly and correctly following all quality standards.
- Perform checks and compare parts with the QA samples.
- Monitor, record and report all scrap.
- Assist molders during machine changes as needed.
- Perform inspection of machine to identify potential malfunctions.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma/general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience, training and education.
- Ability to read, speak, understand and follow instructions in English.
- Capable of using basic hand tools.
- Comprehension of basic math, including fractions, decimals, averages and percentages.
- Must be able to wear and properly use required personal protective equipment.
- Candidates must be a “US Person” (i.e. US Citizen or Permanent Resident) to ensure Vaupell's compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations).
