We are seeking a visionary, high-performing, and experienced Global VP of Commercial Sales located on the East Coast to lead, scale, and unify our international commercial sales organization. As a key member of our global leadership team, you will own the overarching strategic direction, execution, and growth of our market share within the Life Sciences sector worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic direction, execution, and growth of our market share within the Life Sciences sector worldwide.
- Build, operationalize, and scale repeatable sales playbooks.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a complex B2B environment.
- Experience in leading and scaling a sales organization.
- Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and its regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience in managing a sales team of at least 20 people.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
