About the role

We are seeking a visionary, high-performing, and experienced Global VP of Commercial Sales located on the East Coast to lead, scale, and unify our international commercial sales organization. As a key member of our global leadership team, you will own the overarching strategic direction, execution, and growth of our market share within the Life Sciences sector worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall strategy and execution of the commercial sales organization
  • Build, operationalize, and scale repeatable sales playbooks
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve aggressive revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in the life sciences industry
  • Experience in building and scaling sales organizations
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Experience with AI and machine learning in the context of quality and compliance
  • Understanding of 21 CFR part 11, EU Annex 11, ISO 9001, 13485, 14971, and 27001 regulations
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries
