About the role
We are seeking a visionary, high-performing, and experienced Global VP of Commercial Sales located on the East Coast to lead, scale, and unify our international commercial sales organization. As a key member of our global leadership team, you will own the overarching strategic direction, execution, and growth of our market share within the Life Sciences sector worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall strategy and execution of the commercial sales organization
- Build, operationalize, and scale repeatable sales playbooks
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve aggressive revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Drive go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in the life sciences industry
- Experience in building and scaling sales organizations
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools
Qualifications
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and market share
- Experience with AI and machine learning in the context of quality and compliance
- Understanding of 21 CFR part 11, EU Annex 11, ISO 9001, 13485, 14971, and 27001 regulations
- Experience with regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries
