Global Talent Strategy Enablement Lead

About the role

The Global Talent Strategy Enablement Lead owns the operational backbone of AECOM’s global Talent Strategy function. This role is accountable for end-to-end operations, budget management, process governance, vendor partnerships, and performance reporting across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Global Mobility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and standardize global operations to ensure scalable execution.
• Manage the global Talent Strategy budget and investment planning.
• Drive data analytics, define KPIs, and deliver actionable strategy insights.
• Manage key talent vendors and partner with HR technology teams on system enhancements.
• Drive AI enablement, automation, and innovation across talent processes.
• Lead change management for process and technology rollouts.
• Establish consistent team cadence and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience, including 4+ years of leadership.
• Strong knowledge of TA strategies, tools, and operating models.
• Proven ability to lead reporting and KPI frameworks.
• Experience managing HR technology partners and change leadership.
