About the role

We are seeking a Global Strategic Planning Analyst III to join our team. This role involves data management, market analytics, and executive reporting. The analyst will collect and analyze both internal and external data to develop actionable reports and support marketing strategy initiatives. Additionally, they will support the Orthodontics Product Group by providing data-driven insights that guide business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and analyze global data (both primary and secondary) and present findings to support Product Group and management decisions
• Create insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations using customer and demographic data to empower the strategic marketing team
• Collect, analyze, and report on regional commercial activities supporting the Product Group
• Manage and maintain the marketing calendar and report on marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze global market trends and report on various sales and business metrics to key leaders
• Maintain and report on Competitive Intelligence
• Support the Strategic Marketing team and participate in cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Information Systems, or a related field required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analytics or financial analytics required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and develop KPIs using statistical methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including content creation, editing, and proofreading
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently required
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills required

Physical & Environmental Requirements
