Growth Strategy & Planning Analyst (II-III)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for the continuous improvement and execution of the growth plan for new and existing locations.
• Perform assessments of trade areas, customer trends, and competitor activity to refine market expansion strategies.
• Lead financial modeling for new store builds, rebuilds, relocations, and real estate acquisitions.
• Prepare presentations, analysis, and business cases for senior leadership.
• Manage and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to enhance data-driven insights.
• Partner across functions to align site selection and investment strategies with broader enterprise objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of performance reporting across various stakeholder groups.
• Assess existing processes, systems, and tools to accelerate and improve quality of decisions.
• Perform Any Other Related Duties As Required Or Assigned.

Education and Experience

• Growth Strategy & Planning Analyst II-III: Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc.
• Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 2-6 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
