Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the continuous improvement and execution of the growth plan for new and existing locations.
- Perform assessments of trade areas, customer trends, and competitor activity to refine market expansion strategies.
- Lead financial modeling for new store builds, rebuilds, relocations, and real estate acquisitions.
- Prepare presentations, analysis, and business cases for senior leadership.
- Manage and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to enhance data-driven insights.
- Partner across functions to align site selection and investment strategies with broader enterprise objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of performance reporting across various stakeholder groups.
- Assess existing processes, systems, and tools to accelerate and improve quality of decisions.
Education and Experience
- Growth Strategy & Planning Analyst I-II: Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc.
- Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 0-4 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
